Cook Time: 20-23 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  •  250 ml The Original Red River Cereal from Historic Arva Flour Mill

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 750 ml Filtered water

  • 250 ml mixed fresh berries

  • 1/2 cup sliced banana

  • 250 ml heated milk as additional top up (OPTIONAL)

Instructions:

  1. Combine water, salt and cereal in the saucepan.

  2. Bring liquid to boil, stirring frequently.

  3. Reduce heat and boil gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove from the heat and cover. Let it stand for additional 3 minutes.

  5. Enjoy it served with mixed local berries and sliced banana.
